The Real Challenge
The Real Challenge

Owning Technology Does Not Mean Mastering a Digital Workflow.

Intraoral scanners, CBCT and software only create predictability when they operate as parts of one integrated clinical system.
Intraoral scanners, CBCT and software only create predictability when they operate as parts of one integrated clinical system.

Many professionals already use digital tools, yet still face gaps between diagnosis, prosthetic planning, surgery, working scans and laboratory production.

This training has been designed to replace isolated decisions with an end-to-end protocol in which the final aesthetic outcome guides implant positioning and each stage prepares the next.

Five-Phase Programme
Five-Phase Programme

A Complete Workflow, from Diagnosis to Delivery.

Each phase develops the competence required to progress safely to the next stage.
Each phase develops the competence required to progress safely to the next stage.

Phase 1

The Virtual Patient

  • Dental radiology and CBCT for three-dimensional bone mapping and visualisation of vital anatomical structures.
  • Initial intraoral scanning to create the first 3D model.
  • Facial and smile photography protocols to integrate aesthetic references.

Phase 2

Prosthetically Driven Planning: from 2D to 3D

  • Smile Design based on clinical photographs.
  • Integration of Smile Design with intraoral scanning for virtual diagnostic wax-up.
  • DICOM and STL file merging in BlueSky Plan.
  • Virtual selection of implants and screw-retained abutments.
  • Design and production of surgical guides.

Phase 3

Surgical Execution: S-CAIS Precision

  • Osteotomies and implant placement using pre-fabricated guides.
  • Implant primary stability.
  • Selection and installation of multi-unit abutments and intermediate prosthetic components.

Phase 4

Immediate Loading within a CAD/CAM Workflow

  • Capture of the three-dimensional position of the multi-unit abutments, eliminating plaster models.
  • CAD design of the provisional prosthesis.
  • Milling of the PMMA prosthesis.
  • Clinical delivery and intraoral adaptation.
  • Occlusal and functional adjustments to stabilise the system.

Phase 5

Reabilitação Definitiva

  • Final rehabilitation design following the osseointegration period.
  • Milling of the definitive zirconia prosthesis.
  • Mechanical strength, precision of fit and natural aesthetic integration.

Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently Asked Questions

Before Reserving Your Place.

No. Immediate loading is one of five phases. The programme covers the full digital workflow, from clinical data acquisition and prosthetically driven planning to guided surgery and definitive zirconia rehabilitation.

Yes. The brochure defines the training as advanced theoretical and practical education, including intensive work in prosthetically driven planning, DICOM/STL integration and intraoral scanning systems.

Does the Course Cover Model-Free Digital Workflows?

Yes. During the immediate loading phase, the working scan captures the three-dimensional position of the multi-unit abutments and replaces conventional plaster models.

PMMA for the provisional prosthesis during healing and zirconia for the definitive rehabilitation.

Yes. The course is delivered in Portuguese with simultaneous English interpretation.

According to the brochure, participants receive a certificate issued through SIGO, recognised in Portugal and internationally valid under EEC Directives 89/48 and 92/51.
