Morphological Perception and Dental Sculpture

Lisbon · 26 – 27 June 2026 · In person · Portuguese

🔍 Can you really see what you're doing?

Most dentists work with refined techniques, quality materials, and modern equipment…
…yet still feel uncertain about the aesthetic outcome.

What if the issue isn’t in your technique, but in your morphological perception?

✨ Transformation begins with a new perspective.

Mastering dental sculpture is not about manual skill —
— it’s about deeply understanding shape, texture, symmetry, and the unique identity of each tooth.

This course doesn’t just teach you how to sculpt.

🧠 It teaches you to through the eyes of an artist with the precision of a clinician.

🎯 Course Objective

To empower dental professionals to understand, visualise and replicate dental anatomy with excellence, integrating form and function into aesthetic rehabilitations that are both predictable and highly valued.

Training Objective

This training has as its main objective to develop the dentist’s morphological perception, a competence fundamental for the correct interpretation and reproduction of natural dental anatomy. By understanding that perception represents an essential part of the learning process, the course proposes an approach that goes beyond manual execution, focusing on the ability to observe, analyse and recognise anatomical patterns in a conscious and structured manner. Over the two days, participants are guided through a progressive learning process, which integrates:
  • Observation of natural teeth
  • Schematic drawing
  • Dental sculpture
This methodology allows the identification of nuances, morphological variations and specific characteristics of each dental group, promoting a deep understanding of forms, volumes, transitions and textures that define natural anatomy. The final objective of the training is to enable participants to apply this knowledge directly in clinical practice, making anatomical construction more predictable, safe and natural. By developing a trained eye and an refined anatomical reading, the dentist significantly improves the aesthetic and functional quality of their restorations, raising the level of their clinical results.
  • Analysis of dental morphology through schematic drawing
  • Sculpting of the upper first premolar
  • Sculpting of the upper second premolar
  • Sculpting of the upper first molar
  • Sculpting of the upper central incisor
  • Sculpting of the upper lateral incisor
  • Sculpting of the upper canine
  • Finishing with fine finishing and texturing
Analysis of natural teeth to reinforce the development of morphological perception, a competence fundamental to the learning process.
